7 Things I Learnt From Working in Public Health

Before becoming self-employed as a nutritionist, I worked 12 months at Nuffield Health as a Health & Wellbeing Physiologist. On paper, the role was excellent, you get develop skills in venepuncture, ECG's, resilience, coaching, fitness testing and so on. Nonetheless, the role did not work for me on many levels. BUT, over the 12 months I learnt a lot about myself and how humans behave. Consequently, this knowledge has created a great foundation for me to help individuals with their nutrition. Therefore, I felt it would be a good blog to help others learn from my 12 months in healthcare.
